Warranty and Service
Wilton Tools warrants every product against manufacturer’s defects for the warranty periods set forth below. Wilton Tool's will, at its option, repair or replace a defective product covered by this warranty. If one of our tools needs service or repair, please contact us using the applicable Contact Form linked below.

Warranty Period
Our products carry a limited warranty which varies in duration based upon the product, as outlined below
- Wilton products carry a limited warranty which varies in duration based upon the product.
- Accessories carry a limited warranty of one year from the date of receipt.
- Consumable items are defined as expendable parts or accessories expected to become inoperable within a reasonable amount of use and are covered by a 90 day limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
Who is Covered
This warranty covers only the initial end-user purchaser of the product in the United States from the date of delivery and is not transferrable.
What is Covered
This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials subject to the limitations stated herein. This warranty does not cover failures due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, normal wear-and-tear, or damage due to improper repair, alterations, or lack of maintenance.
Because JPW cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from JPW or a JPW authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. JPW reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. How to Get Technical Support
Please complete the Contact Form . Please note that you will be asked to provide proof of initial purchase. If a product requires further inspection, the Technical Service representative will explain and assist with any additional action needed, including shipment or transport (at your expense) to JPW or an Authorized Service Center (“ASC”) for inspection and/or repair. You shall also be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with shipping or transporting the product to you following inspection and/or repair at the ASC. For the name of an ASC, refer to the applicable link below. The purchaser must obtain an RGA from JPW prior to returning any products for warranty service. Shipping for items replaced under warranty is free within the continental United States. If overnight or express delivery is requested, fees will apply.
Wilton has Authorized Service Centers located throughout the United States. For the name of an Authorized Service Center, refer to the Service Center Locator.
How State Law Applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Limitations on this Warranty
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY FOR EACH PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL JPW BE LIABLE FOR DEATH, INJURIES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, OR FOR INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

B.A.S.H $1000 Guarantee
WILTON B.A.S.H® Striking Tools with Unbreakable® Handle Technology are quite simply the most durable on the market, outperforming wood and fiberglass handled hammers strike after strike. We are so confident in the WILTON B.A.S.H® Unbreakable® Handle Technology that for 2 full years after purchase, break the handle under normal wear and tear and receive $1,000.
JPW Industries Inc. (“JPW”) will pay you $1,000 in cash if the handle of a B.A.S.H® hammer you own breaks (severs) during normal use within two years after the date of purchase. This payment is in lieu of any other remedy for a product defect you may have, including breach of any other express or implied warranties. The B.A.S.H® $1,000 Guarantee does not apply to breakage that results from use of the hammer other than as a hand-held striking tool, nor to defects involving the hammer head, including but not limited to, separation of the head from the handle or head breaking.
Because JPW cannot control the quality of B.A.S.H® hammers sold by unauthorized sellers, the B.A.S.H® $1,000 Guarantee applies only to B.A.S.H® hammers that were purchased from JPW or a JPW authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. JPW reserves the right to reject B.A.S.H® $1,000 Guarantee claims for B.A.S.H® hammers purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. If you have any questions about whether a seller is authorized, please contact us. The B.A.S.H® $1,000 Guarantee is also limited to the initial end-user purchaser in the United States.
How to Make a Claim
The hammer must be returned for examination, postage prepaid, to a location designated by us. For the name of the location nearest you, please call 1-800-274-6848. You must provide proof of initial purchase date, and an explanation of how the handle broke must accompany the merchandise. If we determine you are covered by the B.A.S.H® $1,000 Guarantee, we will send you $1,000. If our inspection discloses a defect covered by our warranty, but you are not covered by the B.A.S.H® $1,000 Guarantee, we will repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price of the Product in the event we are unable to provide a replacement and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made, in accordance with our limited warranty above.
B.A.S.H® $1,000 Guarantee Guidelines
We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny B.A.S.H® $1,000 Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the B.A.S.H® $1,000 Guarantee. We may amend or terminate the B.A.S.H® $1,000 Guarantee at any time without notice.
